  • Newman Estate comprises of approximately 244 lots single dwellings and 240 multiple/dwelling sites ranging in residential density from R20 to R40.

  • Newman Estate includes the provision of a comprehensive and integrated network of multi-purpose parklands and urban water management corridors facilitating a well connected and landscaped community environment.

  • Its main purpose of function was to assist with the growing need for accommodation for the BHP Warren Mine and the Roy Hill Mine operations.
